Just North of Fox Point along the lovely shores of Lake Michigan is the Village of Bayside.Bayside is a community of approximately 4200 residents who enjoy being just far enough away from the downtown area to enjoy serene peacefulness, but close enough to drive there in 15 minutes via the interstate or via beautiful Lake Drive.Stunning ravines and the natural conservancy center, the Schlitz Audubon, are available for wonderful walks for the nature lover.There is no industrial use of land in Bayside, with 81% of the land used for residential, 15% for natural conservancy, and 4% is for commercial/recreational/transportation.Seasonal festivities in Bayside include the annual Fourth of July parade, annual picnic in September, and the spooky Halloween "Fright Night" party.
