This is not a site that you purchase information and we do not charge you for our services. We are paid a commission upon the sale of the property from the listing Brokerage. We are licensed agents with Realty Executives and The ARNOLD MARKETING Group here to help and aid in your search for Foreclosure and Short sale properties in the Metro Milwaukee area. We ask that you give us an area and price range to aid in your search. We then email you a list of potential properties to view on line. When you are ready to look at the home we will make appointments for you with a team member to look at the home and answer any question you may have. When and if you are ready to move forward to make an offer, we meet with you and explain the offer process and foreclosure/short sale process with that potential property. Please email me any changes or comments about your custom search.
